    Yala Peak
    Nepal's second largest national park, the park has healthy forests of rhododendron, fir, blue and chir pine and birch. The wildlife in the park includes leopard, musk deer, Himalayan black bear, rhesus and langur monkeys and the endangered red panda.

    The Langtang Valley trek takes you to an area of Nepal where the most of the trekkers have enjoyed their great holiday trips and walking through the dense forest and traditional ethnic settlements you reach to the wonderful base camp of Yala peak. The climber can attempt on a Himalayan summit within the short time consumption together combined trek and peak-climbing trip. Yala peak is the best alternate for those climbers who have been seeking the thrill of adventure beyond hiking.

    You will have stunning views of Lantang Lirung (7246m), Lenpo Gang 7083m), Dorje Lakpa (6990m) and mighty Shishapangma (8027m) in Tibetan side. The climb to Yala Peak is non-technical. Prior climbing experience is not required however outdoor experience and average level of fitness is the most.

    Best season: Sept. to Nov.& April to May.
    Facility: Teahouse lodges- on the way of trekking route & climbing days camping.

    Program duration: 15 day

    Suggested itinerary
    Day01: Arrival Kathamndu & transfer to hotel.
    Day02: Preparation day / sightseeing
    Day03: Drive to trailhead Dhunche / Syabrubensi & overnight camp
    Day04-06: Trek to Kyanjing Gompa
    Day 07-08: Exploration / Acclimatization day
    Day09-10: Base Camp - High Camp - climb attempt - Ascend back to Kyanjing Gompa
    Day 11-14: Trek back to dhunche / Syabrubensi
    Day15: Drive back to Kathmandu

    Cost includes
    Arrival and departure transportation, 3-meals a day
    Camping gear (two-man tent, foam mattress, kitchen tent, dining tent and toilet tent)
    Supporting field staff including professional climbing guide, cook, kitchen boy, porters as well as their necessary insurance, meals and allowances Peak permit fee and Domestic airfare including airport tax, conservation and national park area entrance permit and first aid service.

    Cost excludes
    Hotels in Kathmandu, International departure airport tax, Personal Insurance, Personal equipments - sleeping bag, down jacket, waterproof jacket, kit bag etc. Equipment allowance (Legally each expedition must be providing equipment allowance for all Sherpa, guides and porters. This allowance is necessary for brand new equipment (sleeping bag, shoes, crampons, down jacket, raincoat etc.). Travel medical insurance and emergency evacuation cost, laundry, telephone calls, alcoholic beverages, bottled drinks, tips, gifts, souvenirs, etc.
