Main attraction
Both mid -hills and trans Himalayan semi-Tibetan cultural experiences, stunning mountain views, one of the world's most popular high pass journeys, vast range of bio-diversity trail, conserved wild life and vegetation.

Accessibility
Drive to Besisahar to trailhead from Kathmandu or Pokhara, start the trek according to the itinerary, after Thorong La pass from Jomsom fly back or trek to Pokhara.

The Route
Max. Altitude 5416 m. Thorong -La pass 5-6 hr. average walking per day, trek start after breakfast everyday, strenuous trail, walking via pass is 9-10 hr.

Best season
Mid Aug. to Dec. and April to May.

Facility
Teahouse lodges managed by ACAP and eco-aware local people. Tented camping trip also can be organized, safe drinking water projects.

Day- 02: Bhulbhule (840m) - Ghyarmuphant
Day- 03: Ghyarmuphant - Chamje (1430m)
Day- 04: Chamje (1430m) - Dharapani (1920m)
Day- 05: Dharapani (1920m) - Chame (2630m)
Day- 06: Chame (2630m ) - Pisang (3200m)
Day- 07: Pisang (3200m) - Manang (3500m)
Day- 08: Acclimatization day at Manang
Day- 09: Manang (3500m) - Yak Kharka (4090m)
Day- 10: Yak Kharka (4090m) - Thorng Phedi (4450m)
Day- 11: Via Thorong La pass (5416m) - Muktinath (3800m)
Day- 12: Muktinath - Kagbeni (2800m)
Day- 13: Kagbeni (2800m) - Marpha (2670m)
Day- 14: Marpha / Tukuche - Ghasa (2010m)
Day- 15: Ghasa (2010m) - Tatopani (1190m)
Day- 16: Tatopani (1190m) - Ghorepani (2800m)
Day- 17: Ghorepani (2800m) - Tikhedhunga (1540m)
Day- 18: Tikhedhunga (1540m)- Nayapul (1070m) & drive back to Pokhara.
