Main attraction
Yeti hunting trekking region, both mid -hill & Sherpa cultural experience, in the mid -hills are mainly inhabited by Rai, Tamang, Brahmin,Kshetri etc., undisturbed wild life and forest , panoramic views of eastern mountain range including Everest range, unforgettable adventure and photographic journey.
Accessibility
45 minute fly to Tumlingtar to trailhead or by bus 20 hr. to Hile, with a round trip flight the trek takes only 20 days and by overland.
The Route
About 5-6 hr. walk per day, max. Altitude 4700 m. moderate trail, temperate climate jungle walk to High Alpine area, the area near Makalu in the upper Arun valley is cold.
Facility
No teahouses, after the last village camping only, porters needed for all gear & food.

Day- 04: Gothe Bazar - Salpa Phedi (1680m)

Day- 06: Guranse (2880m) - Share
Day- 07: Share - Bung (1900m)
Day- 08: Bung (1900m) - Najingdingma (2650m)
Day- 09: Najingdingma (2650m)- Pangum (2850m)
Day- 10: Pangum (2850m) - Puiyan (2730m)
Day- 11: Puiyan (2730m) - Lukla (2840m)
Day- 12: Fly back to Kathmandu from Lukla
