Accessibility
Fly to Jomsom from Pokhara, ascend up to Muktinath and descend down to Nayapul.
The Route
Max. Altitude 3800 m. Muktinath / 3200 m. Poon hill, 5-6 hr. average walking per day trek starts after breakfast, moderate trail.
Facility
Teahouse lodges, managed by ACAP and ecological aware people, one of the best teahouse trails, safe drinking water project.
Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathamndu and transfer to hotel.
Day 02: Early morning fly to Pokhara and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 03: Fly to Jomsom (2710m) trek to Kagbeni (2800m) and overnight stay at teahouse lodge.
Day 04: Kagbeni (2800m) trek to Muktinath (3800m) and overnight stay at teahouse lodge.
Day 05: Muktinath (3800m) trek to Marpha (2670m)/Tukuche (2590m) and overnight stay at teahouse lodge.
Day 06: Marpha (2670m)/Tukuche (2590m) trek to Jomasom and overnight stay at teahouse lodge.
Day 07: Fly back to Pokhara from Jomsom and overnight stay at hotel.
Day 08: After breakfast drive to Chitwan National park and lunch at resort program start same day.
Day 09: Full day of wildlife activities inside the Chitwan National Park. Jungle safari on elephant-back or by jeep, river canoeing, jungle walk and cultural program in the evening.
Day 10: Early morning bird watching in the park. After breakfast drive back to Kathamndu.
Day 11: International departure.
Given Package includes the following services:
- Airport pick up and drop services.
- Private transport for trekking trailhead and after trekking ending point.
- Hotel accommodation in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
- Kathmandu-Pokhara/Jomsom/Pokhara flight ticket and Pokhara to Chitwan and Chitwan to Kathamndu by tourist bus service.
- Authorized trekking guide, porters, and accommodation in teahouse lodges.
- Three meals a day during the trekking (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
